Celebration for Craig

Today Chad's sweet father turned 64 (sorry to out your age on the blog Craig). :)   We had the wonderful opportunity to celebrate with him and other family members over brunch/lunch at The Grand America Hotel in downtown Salt Lake.  It is a beautiful hotel, certainly one of the most elegant properties Salt Lake has to offer, and lots of delicious food on their Sunday morning buffet.

If you ever have an opportunity/desire to go, jump at the chance because it was delicious and very picturesque.  All of the springtime flowers were blooming just outside of the windows we were sitting by and I felt like I was in a perfect atrium of colors and springtime beauty.  Check it out here for more information: http://www.grandamerica.com/dining/sunday-brunch.

Craig and his wife Katheryn have always been very sweet to me and made sure that they know I "have their vote" as Chad's companion....so of course I couldn't help but adore them from the start! ;)  It was fun to dine with them and all of Chad's siblings, as well as a few of his nieces, on such a lovely day.
