Why America is fat.

This is why  America is fat.  I was on my way home from work today and stopped for a shake at Iceberg.  I have been craving one for a week, and finally decided it was time for an end of the week celebratory treat - ordering the "mini".  Yes, the mini.  As in, the one you see pictured that is the size of my steering wheel.

I am committing to only eating a quarter of this....and then hitting the gym.  Eek!
