Catching up - Reaccreditation post

So every four years, my CME program goes through a MAJOR audit from the agency that accredits us.  No stone is left unturned...including documenting all policies, procedures, policies, a representation of many of our activity files, and pretty much representing more stress than a person should handle in their life.

And it started in December 2010 for our program - and will end in March 2012.  But the largest and most challenging portion was during in early July, which made for some pretty intense months lately.

For two of the final Fridays when our team was all pulling together and really digging in to get things wrapped up, we declared a casual day, took over a conference room, and did some pretty tremendous work.....and because it's my team, had some pretty silly times too. :)

I heart them all individually and for what they bring to the team.  Here are a few pics...and I swear we worked SUPER hard!

It was officially shipped on Tuesday, July 5 and I am one happy chick to have that step behind us!
