Almost Famous

My department decided we needed a commercial regarding continuing medical education on our website, so last week we did all of the filming last week. Here are a few pics....

This was when they filmed me - I was terrible. I got the giggles part way through and literally could not stop laughing. Needless to say, I will not be making my next career move to the film industry.
We filmed one of our physicians (Dr. Jay Bishoff - who is one of my most favorite humans ever) in the hallway to have a more clinical background, as he discussed an upcoming educational activity we are sponsoring.

So our commercial includes me (obviously), Susan DuBois (my boss - Assistant Vice President, Physician Relations), Dr. Brent Wallace (Chief Medical Officer), Dr. John Doty (Cardiothoracic surgeon for Intermountain Medical Center and tremendous person), and of course Dr. Jay Bishoff (Physician Director of the Intermountain Urological Institute - and dear friend of mine).

It was super entertaining to watch the filming, but I was so uncomfortable in front of the video camera.....seriously, I thought my heart beat would be visible to viewers because it was so out of control and felt like it was beating right out of my chest. Glad it's over!
