Last night I went to the Bees Game against the New Orleans Zephyr with a dear friend and some of his work people. It was the perfect weather, great company and fun ballpark food - and a great finish at the end. The Bees pulled it out in the bottom of the 10th, down 2 runs, 2 men on base, with 2 outs, 2 strikes, and then Luis Figueroa hit a homerun for a walk-off win. It was exactly what every little kid dreams of in his best baseball dreams - I love moments like that. If you haven't spent any time in a baseball stadium this summer, run (don't walk) to your nearest stadium and buy tickets - it's the perfect way to spend a summer evening!
Go Bees!
