Once again, home from a quick work trip - Friday through Monday....the annual Pediatric Ophthalmology Roundtable in Park City, Utah. This time I skied both days during the break time (Saturday - Deer Valley, Sunday - The Canyons) and oh boy, my body is sore. Good weekend, but I am drained.
I got up this morning, worked for awhile, had lunch in PC, came home (fell asleep for a few minutes in my driveway once I put the car in park because I was so exhausted - which startled one of my older neighbors who came running out of her house), worked, napped for a half hour, went to my office, had dinner with a friend, and then answered more emails. So....that whole "work life balance" I posted about last time is apparently still not in check.
I will work on it....perhaps next week!
