We started working with a dietician/trainer last night. We decided we both want to approach our lives in a more healthy way, so it's time to get moving.
He has created our meal plans, work out plans, etc - and it's been about 14 hours, but I am already missing delicious yummies. Ugh. Okay. One day at a time. One meal at a time......
