Not sure what was wrong today, I was a little ball of emotions. "Roller coaster" doesn't describe it...."storm cloud" might be closer....but really "ball of emotions" is probably best.
A friend called me mid-day at work and as soon as I heard the voice, I burst into tears. What?! I was fine before I picked up the phone....so what was wrong? Still not sure.
I started feeling frustrated at a particular work situation later....which prompted another tearful fall apart. Honestly I don't know why it was bothering me SO much but in that specific moment, it felt all-encompassing. Bizarre.
Amazing how some days turn out to be a little haywire - today was simply one of those days. I'm coping now with the Jazz game (still first quarter - go Jazz), email catch-up (much needed), and some delicious cinnamon bunnies (yummy!). I'm hoping for a better day tomorrow.
Sometimes it just builds and you have to release it. I hope you have a great weekend!
