Today wasn't at all a bad day - in fact, most of the day was just fine. But for some reason I am wiped out tonight....completely.
I feel overwhelmed by emotion, physically tired, and my brain feels like it's too full. Where do days like this come from? How do you fix days like this?
For me, it's with my sweetheart - at home, eating leftovers, and spending a little quiet time together. It's amazing how much that can recharge your batteries. Hopefully after a little extra ice cream and a nice warm bath, I will call today an overall success.
