My dear friend Geni from work has the coolest son....Connor is a world championship long boarder! How neat is that?! Check out the article about him published in the paper today....

He won first place in the junior's division for the United States and then went on to take third place in the junior's division in the world event. I can't imagine being the 3rd best in the world at anything!
I have asked Geni to ask him to take me longboarding once spring comes.....maybe it will be a cool new hobby....or maybe I'll fall and scrape up my face....or maybe I'll just pretend like I'm going to try and then wimp out....yeah, that sounds more like me. :)
Nonetheless, Connor is my long board hero!
